POSTAGE AND SHIPPING RATES
We send all of our parcels by First Class Air Mail using Australia Post. We include Full Insurance so that, if you do not receive the goods, we will replace them or give a full refund.
Typical delivery times are:
Japan & Asia 4-7 days
North America 6-10 days
UK and the Continent 7-14 days
These times can vary – sometimes quicker and occasionally slower.
Australia Post offers Tracking details only on their Express Courier International service at this stage. Quoted delivery times for this service are 5-7 working days but again we have experienced quicker times.
Because we send so many parcels overseas, Australia Post has given us special rates and we are pleased to pass the savings on to you.
