To clean your felt hat, use a steamer (or over a boiling pot of water or a kettle) and brush your hat in a circular anti-clockwise direction. This will lift any in-depth dirt or dust that may be residing on the surface of your hat, and help keep your hat as good as new. For heavy stains, lightweight sandpaper may be used.

If your hat gets wet, shake off all excess water, let it dry naturally, then lightly brush clean. You can also use steam to reshape your hat into a style of your choosing.
