60-Day Online Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hats by the Hundred. We offer an industry leading 60-day return policy for online orders. Please see our frequently asked returns and exchanges questions.

*Please note: online returns cannot be processed at a retail store location. You can start your Return in our Return Portal here. Then drop off your online return at one of our physical store locations. However the return will not be processed in store as it is an online order. We'll ensure it's sent back to our online team for processing.


WE OFFER:

  • Online store credit or product exchange on all items
  • Online Store credit on SALE items
  • Online Store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue
  • Refund to original payment method for product only (excludes sale items). This return resolution will incur a AUD $10 restocking and handling fee. Refunds do not include original or return postage costs.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of order confirmation date
  • Items must be returned back to us in original condition, unworn, unused.
  • Items must not have any damaged, makeup stains or marks.
  • All original swing tags and care labels must be attached

 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

  • We hold the right to charge the customer a cleaning or repair fee at our discretion if the item returned has visible damage, makeup marks or stains.
  • We hold the right to refuse returned items that show signs of wear or are not returned in their original condition; the customer will be liable for all associated return postage costs that will be calculated by our team at the time of return.
