Australian Orders

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery state but are approximately delivered within 3-9 business days from the date of purchase. Times will vary depending on the standard delivery method of your choice (standard delivery, flat rate delivery, etc) and peak times. If your parcel doesn't require a signature, the parcel will be left in a safe place if the premises are considered accessible and safe by the driver. If you require a signature on delivery or have any special delivery instructions, please add a note in the comments box "additional information" on the "checkout" page letting us know.

Express Delivery

Express orders are sent via Australia Post. Orders placed before 11 am AEST are dispatched the same business day. Express orders placed after 11 am AEST are dispatched the next business day. If the product you have ordered is on back order, your order will be dispatched the same day it arrives at our warehouse. This service takes approximately 2-6 business days depending on your location and peak times.

Premium Service Delivery

This is an optional upgraded shipping/handling service and is sent via Star Track. All Premium Service orders placed before 11 am AEST are dispatched the same business day. Premium Service orders placed after 11 am AEST are dispatched the next business day. If the product you have ordered is on back order it will be dispatched the same day it arrives at our warehouse. Premium orders take priority over all orders being dispatched. This service takes approximately 1-3 business days and shipping times are for metro areas only. *Please note that this service requires a signature on delivery.

(AU Only)

For Australian orders totaling $300 or more, we offer complimentary standard shipping. This exclusive policy enhances your shopping experience, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient delivery. International Orders

Regular Shipping:

Regular shipping orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours however this timeframe may be extended during peak season. Shipping times are approximately 3-28 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and peak times.

Express Service:

All express orders placed before 11 am AEST are dispatched the same business day. Express orders placed after 11 am AEST are dispatched the next business day. If the product/s you have ordered is on back order, your order will be dispatched the same day it arrives at our warehouse. This service takes approximately 2-20 business days (times may vary or experience delays due to unprecedented service interruptions).

Whilst every effort is made to offer the widest style selection at the best prices and fastest delivery, we do not warrant or guarantee shipping services and times. We only use large reputable national & international companies to deliver goods worldwide* but we do not in any way, shape or form control the shipping company's delivery times and methods of delivery. We do not control the delivery method these companies use and sadly cannot control damage to packages in transit. Every effort is made to speed up your orders but if you have time restraints, gift deadlines or holiday plans and need your product in a hurry, it is suggested you opt for express services and not regular shipping services to avoid disappointment. Deliveries to and from overseas can be subject to possible COVID-19 disruptions and depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions, operating constraints and labour shortages can cause delays domestically and in some countries. Domestic and international delivery disruptions and or delays by our postal providers are out of our control. Please refer to your local postal carrier's website for service updates.

Once the package has left our premises, the delivery is out of our control and in the hands of the consumer to keep on top of the tracking provided by your local postal service with the tracking number we provide. We are not liable for any returned to sender or missed deliveries. Re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Late or missing deliveries will be followed up through an enquiry with the postal carrier however for international deliveries, you will receive faster local assistance by contacting your local postal service first with the tracking number provided. It is usual that within a certain time frame, packages are either returned or tracked down. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the parcel's tracking and be prepared for delivery. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Every shipment is provided with a tracking number and customers will be informed of package dispatch and estimated arrival by email on dispatch.

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Our company will not be held accountable for parcel theft, late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate address. We hold no responsibility in instances when an incorrect address is provided and goods are missing, lost or stolen as a result of dispatching to the incorrect address that has been supplied.

Some international orders may incur additional charges, fees, taxes or local government importation charges. We do not have any control nor can we cost into our products these charges. These charges greatly vary between countries. We are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country's importation regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs importation office. All or any local charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order and are not the responsibility of our company. Returned goods for the reason of non-paid charges, taxes or fees will not be refunded.
