Australian Orders

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are shipped via Australia Post, with estimated delivery times of 3โ€“9 business days depending on your location and selected delivery option (e.g. standard, flat rate). Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.

If your parcel does not require a signature, it may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if deemed secure by the driver.

If you require a signature on delivery or have special delivery instructions, please include this in the "Additional Information" box at checkout.

Express Delivery

Express orders are shipped via Australia Post and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery is 2โ€“6 business days, depending on your location. Please note: delays may occur during peak periods, sales events, or due to carrier service disruptions.

If an item is on backorder, your order will be shipped the same day it arrives at our warehouse.

International Orders

Regular Shipping:

Regular orders are dispatched within 2โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times range from 3โ€“28 business days, depending on your location and local carrier delays.

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods such as holidays, promotions, and sale events.

Express Service:

Express orders are dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 2โ€“20 business days, though times may vary due to carrier delays or service disruptions. During peak seasons, this dispatch timeframe may be slightly extended.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Shipping to the USA โ€“ Customs Delays
Some parcels to the USA are experiencing customs clearance delays due to recent U.S. tariff changes. While most deliveries are unaffected, processing may take longer, with no clear guidance from U.S. authorities. 
Please allow an extra 5โ€“10 business days for delivery. 
For shipping and delivery estimates, add your desired items to the cart and head to the "shopping cart" page. On the "estimate shipping and tax" drop-down box, enter your country and state/province/town, then click "get a quote".

Whilst every effort is made to offer the widest style selection at competitive prices with fast dispatch, we do not guarantee shipping timeframes or services. We use only reputable national and international carriers, but we have no control over delivery times, methods, or how parcels are handled once they leave our premises.

If your order is time-sensitive (e.g. for gifts, events, or travel), we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping to avoid potential delays with standard services.

Please note that domestic and international shipping times may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, labour shortages, or local delivery issues, which are outside of our control. For service updates, refer to your local postal provider's website.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of the courier and it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to monitor the tracking provided.
  • We are not liable for missed deliveries or parcels returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • Re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We do not take responsibility for stolen or lost parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • All orders include tracking, and customers will receive tracking details and estimated delivery times via email at the time of dispatch.

It is the buyerโ€™s responsibility to:
  • Provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for loss or delay due to incorrect shipping information.
  • Inspect items upon arrival and notify us within 5 business days of any faults or issues.
๐ŸŒ International Orders & Import Charges
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these costs.

Orders returned due to non-payment of customs fees will not be refunded. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
