Ordering
Once your purchase is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email outlining the details of your purchase and order number with us. If you have not received an order confirmation, please double check in your junk and spam inboxes. Your order is instantaneously received within our system and sent to our warehouse department to begin picking and packing for dispatch to you as soon as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel, amend or deduct any items from your order, so please be sure to double check all details prior to completing the purchase. If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend the order. In this case, you are welcome to return the purchase back to us (allowing it is compliant with our Returns Policy). There will be a Returns form in your package outlining our returns address and instructions. All change of mind cancellations are subject to a AUD$10 fee to cover processing and credit card charges.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Our national customers also have the option to checkout with Afterpay.
If you are not sure if your payment has been successful, please check with your financial institution to ensure the funds have been debited from your account. The transaction will be under the name SPECTRUM ONLINE. This will confirm if your order was successful.
All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate on that particular day.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
