How to Measure you Head Size.

To determine your hat size, follow these 4 simple steps:

Step 1.

Using either a soft tape measure or a piece of string – Measure the circumference around your head.

Step 2.

The tape should be level, in the centre of your forehead and just above the top of your ears. It is useful to have someone assist in holding the tape which should be adjusted to a comfortable fit and the measurement taken.

Step 3.

Then check our size chart above to determine your size.

Step 4.

If your size falls between two sizes, choose the next size up. You can always attach foam fillers (available for sale) to ensure a snug fit.

Helpful hints on fitting

To measure your belt size we suggest you measure from the buckle prong to the centre hole of the belt. We also suggest you order one size up on your normal waist measurement so as to get a good fit and have a little extra room for comfort. An extra size will also enable you to have plenty of left over " tongue " on your belt loop. So if you are a size 34 waist, we suggest you order up to 36. If you a size 31 we suggest you order 34 . It's always better to have a belt bigger rather than smaller. You measure a belt from the buckle to the MIDDLE hole in the belt. All belts have 5 holes punched in to the belt to allow different fits.
