60-Day Online Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hats By The Hundred. We offer an industry-leading 60-day return policy for all online orders. Please review the details below carefully to understand your options.

Note: Online returns cannot be processed in-store. You may start your return via our Online Return Portal, and then drop the parcel off at one of our physical store locations. While we are happy to accept the parcel in store, all online returns will be forwarded to our online team for processing.

What We Offer:

• Online store credit or product exchange on all eligible full-priced items
• Store credit only for SALE items
• Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
• Refunds to the original payment method (excluding sale items) – This option incurs a $10 AUD restocking and handling fee. Refunds do not cover original shipping or return postage costs.
• Return options are via your own shipping method, or use our return label (for domestic customers only) at a flat rate cost of AUD$10, non-refundable.  International customers must use their own local, trackable postal service for returns  

DISCLAIMER: Returns $500 or more will receive store credit only, valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of the order confirmation date
• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged
• No signs of wear, including makeup stains, marks, or odour
• All original swing tags and care labels must be attached

Important Disclaimers:

• We reserve the right to apply a cleaning or repair fee if returned items show visible damage, stains, or signs of use
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee (calculated by our team)
