To determine your hat size, follow these 4 simple steps:
Step 1.
Using either a soft tape measure or a piece of string – Measure the circumference around your head.
Step 2.
The tape should be level, in the centre of your forehead and just above the top of your ears. It is useful to have someone assist in holding the tape which should be adjusted to a comfortable fit and the measurement taken.
Step 3.
Then check our size chart above to determine your size.
Step 4.
If your size falls between two sizes, choose the next size up. You can always attach foam fillers (available for sale) to ensure a snug fit.

The Akubra Snowy River hat was featured in the Australian movies "The Man From Snowy River". The Snowy River is a pre-creased stockman's hat from Akubra, a classic Australian outback hat. It has a pinched telescope crown and a brim with rolled sides with front and back turned down. This enduring outback style may be worn over the eyes or well back on the head in typical Australian fashion. The crown is 4 inches high. The brim is 3-1/4 inches wide, with a raw edge.
