To determine your hat size, follow these 4 simple steps:
Step 1.
Using either a soft tape measure or a piece of string – Measure the circumference around your head.
Step 2.
The tape should be level, in the centre of your forehead and just above the top of your ears. It is useful to have someone assist in holding the tape which should be adjusted to a comfortable fit and the measurement taken.
Step 3.
Then check our size chart above to determine your size.
Step 4.
If your size falls between two sizes, choose the next size up. You can always attach foam fillers (available for sale) to ensure a snug fit.

Here is some great information on the Jacaru Hat Leather. Australian hides are essentially derived from pure or crossbred cattle which are fed by hand on a grain-based diet to produce a consistent quality of meat and hide. The Australian environment produces hides with superior quality and minimal defects, making it durable, soft and extraordinary flexible. As a natural product the leathers gathered can vary in colour and thickness.
The scratches and scarring that are found on Jacaru products naturally occur on genuine leather - A Jacaru Hat is as unique as its owner. Jacaru leather can endure high stress wear, is resistant to abrasion and has UV protective qualities.
Our premium leathers are used throughout the Jacaru range where comfort and durability are of high priority.
